About

A map for the people running the response.

Disaster and crisis response is coordination under bad conditions: many organizations working the same area, sensitive data about vulnerable people, and a constant need to know who is doing what, where, and when.

So we built Weidenmap around the map. Aid teams map needs, incidents, activities, and resources; attach the photos and documents that capture what’s there; and discuss each place right where it sits. Everything updates live, and every feature is shared at exactly the right level - from private to public - with location fuzzing and an audit log protecting the people in the data.

Weidenmap grew out of a flexible field-data platform, and that flexibility still shows - but we’re focused on humanitarian response: the audience we build for, and the work the product is shaped around.

Disaster response coordination

Put the whole response on one live map - incidents, needs, and the resources moving to meet them.

Needs assessments

Run assessments with the fields your sector uses, and map results where they were collected.

Distribution & activity tracking

Track who did what, where, and when - distributions, activities, and the areas they covered.

Under the hood, Weidenmap runs entirely on Cloudflare’s edge - fast wherever a team is working, and protected by design, with an audit log, GDPR tooling, and strict per-tenant isolation built in from the start.

More about the team and our story is on the way.
